What are Conversation Duos and who are they for?
Conversation Duos are our most affordable option, perfect for self-motivated Spanish learners seeking structure and accountability. Monica will facilitate conversation-focused lessons for you and one other person at a similar level of Spanish. Best for intermediate speakers.
What does a Conversation Duo look like?
Sessions last 60 minutes. Most of the time will be spent in active Spanish conversation. As things come up, or on request, we can review or introduce new vocab or grammar topics. Conversation Duos are online only for now.
How do I sign up for Conversation Duos?
Fill out our interest form with information about your level of Spanish, schedule, and conversation preferences.
You'll get an email confirming that your submission has been received and you've been added to the Conversation Duos waitlist.
If there is someone else on the waitlist who's compatible with your preferences, you'll receive an email introduction to that person. Your name, pronouns, and email address will be shared with them.
You and your potential buddy will coordinate with each other to decide if you'd like to schedule a session together. (Optional: you can set up a call or meeting to talk about your goals together.)
Once you've decided on a time, you'll both go to the Conversation Duos scheduling link and schedule for the same slot. If asked for a password, it's "Chisme" with a capital C.
You'll each pay your share separately.

What's the pricing like for Conversation Duos?
Pricing for 2026:
8-Session Bundle: $352 ($176 per person)
4-Session Bundle: $224 ($112 per person)
1 Session: $68 ($34 per person)
How does the Cancellation Policy work for Conversation Duos?
General Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund.
No-shows will not be refunded.
If your cancellation is due to an emergency, let S4SP know directly, and you will receive a full refund.
General Rescheduling Policy:
There is no fee for rescheduling. However…
If you’d like to reschedule, please do your best to do so at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy! I’d appreciate it very much :)
Packages Cancellation Policy:
All above policies apply. Additionally:

NeetoCal does not currently allow for refunds on packages.
You can’t cancel a package through NeetoCal, only reschedule individual bookings paid for through the package.
If you would like a refund on a package, contact S4SP directly.
Specific for Conversation Duos:
Each person in the Conversation Duo is responsible for their own cancellation and no-show fees.
If one person cancels, the whole meeting is cancelled. However, only the person who cancelled will be charged the fee (if applicable).

If you wish to reschedule, try to do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please work out a time with your conversation partner before using the booking page to reschedule.
Do not reschedule without consulting your partner.
One-on-one makeup sessions are not permitted. If you would like an individual session, please book through the Individual Spanish Lesson page.
What happened to Conversation Groups?
S4SP ran Conversation Groups in 2025, but managing those was too much for the one-woman operation, so here we are with a more manageable version!
